Our Admissions Counsellor is always there around the clock to guide you through the entire process of admitting into the Freedom Rehab Center (FRC).
Admissions Counselor
The Admissions Counselor will remain in contact through the process till you get admitted in Freedom Rehab Center (FRC).
He/She will:
• Explain the fee structure
• Explain the policies of payment and insurance support if provided.
• Guide you to transport the patient to FRC facility center.
• Describe your what is required to bring at facility center
• Respond to any query that you may have.
Tour Escort
The Tour Escort will give you a tour to our beautiful facility center. You will be visited to the Front Desk, Health Care Professional Office, Psychiatrist Office, Dispensary, Laboratory, Staff Room, Accommodation Rooms, Prayer Room, Gymkhana/Exercise Room, Food Court/Dining, Media/TV Room, Lawn, Activity Room, Exquisite Lawn and lavatories etc.
Your will also be introduced with all the staff and fellows to make you comfort and feel you as your family.
Clients Advocate
The Clients Advocate will:
- Give you an orientation
- Provide you with the materials required for your treatment program
- Explain your schedule while in treatment.
- Get you settled in your room
- Respond to any query that you may have.
